Jackie Young: Chesterfield HQ Office

Chief Executive Officer - Jackie has previously worked for the Royal Mail, serving finally at Board Room Level. She offers over 20 Years experience of setting up many offices and contact centre operations. She additionally manages all Arise / Shop Direct Chat Rooms from which you will service once certified, to provide you with immediate help when on calls.

Trained as an Arise Supervisor SDRX & Level 2 Quality Assessment Performance Facilitator.

Martin Catchpole: Chesterfield HQ Office

Operations Director - Served for 10 years with the RAC of which 8 Years he was the Contact Centre Manager. Whilst in this position he had been researching “Homeshoring” for 6 of those years and when offered redundancy he and Jackie Young built Call Catcherz Ltd. 

Trained as an Arise Supervisor SDRX.

Zeeta James-Cotterill: Birmingham Sub Office

Human Resources Manager - Zeeta has been with Call Catcherz since 2009.  An ex CSP who has 'walked in your shoes'.  Zeeta has a mound of experience at your disposal.

Our Opening Hours are 9am - 6pm (7 days a week) and even out of these hours, as we also work at home, we invariably answer your calls and assist if we are in the office. 

The Important Bit

When is Pay Due & How it’s paid ?

Typically our Clients calculate pay between the 2nd - 8th   of any given month.
We are then sent the Total Pay Invoice for the month previous.
For instance any servicing period you did between the 1st and 31st of any given month then the Clients send the Invoice to ourselves between the 2nd and 8th of the following Month

We then send the data to our Unique Automatic Payment System (A.P.S) to produce and send your Electronic Statement securely to your own Computer which gives you a full Transparent Breakdown of your earnings, showing the hours/minutes/calls taken etc. This can be checked against your own Unique Portal Stats/Metrics

On the 9th our Clients transfer the money to our Bank Account and we then immediately commence the transfer over to your accounts. (unless the 9th falls on a weekend when the payment is then made on the Monday)

We pay 100% of payments via Direct Bank Payment Transfers or we can do Cheques (By Special Request Only).

Normally paid/cleared within 60 mins to most Major Banks

Same Day Payments (FREE)

WE DO NOT USE PAYPAL due to additional expense that you would incur in getting your own monies.
On Average (3.4%) of your wage lost due to a payment system.
